Jay z physically attacked by beyonce's sister video
A New York City hotel expressed shock on Monday that security camera footage of a fight in an elevator, apparently involving the rapper Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange Knowles, ended up being posted on a celebrity website.
The video was published online on Monday by the California-based news outlet TMZ, which claimed the footage, taken from the inside of an elevator in Manhattan’s Standard hotel, showed an altercation between the pair as they were leaving a party there last week.
It was not known how TMZ obtained the material, which appeared to be recorded on a camera as it was played back on a security monitor.Jay Z was ferociously assaulted by Beyonce's sister Solange ... who was wildly kicking and swinging at him inside an elevator ... and the attack was captured on surveillance video ... obtained by TMZ.
According to our sources, it all went down at a Met Gala after party last week at the Standard Hotel in NYC. In the video ... Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange step into the elevator ... and then Solange goes crazy, screaming at Jay before unleashing a violent attack.
A large man -- who appears to be a bodyguard -- attempts to hold Solange back, but she manages to connect at least 3 times. At one point Solange throws a kick and Jay grabs her foot, but never attempts to strike her. Beyonce stands by without getting physically involved.
And this is interesting. When you look closely, you see the bodyguard hit the emergency stop switch on the 12th floor -- mid fight -- presumably to keep the fight private.

Soldier Speaks Up A Decade After Pat Tillman's Friendly
Pat Tillman, the former professional football player turned Army Ranger, was killed by friendly fire 10 years ago today in Afghanistan.
The military initially informed Tillman's family that he was killed by the Taliban. It wasn't until later that the Tillman family, and the rest of the country, learned the truth.
Jon Krakauer, who spent years researching Tillman for his book, "Where Men Win Glory," told ABC News in 2009 that Tillman was 120 feet away from fellow American soldiers in Afghanistan in the final moments of his life.
"[It's] the difference between second base and home plate, and they are just unloading on these guys," Krakauer said. "Tillman throws a smoke grenade to try and indicate they're friendlies -- no good, they're shot and killed. And that's what happened."
It’s been 10 years since former Arizona Cardinals safety Pat Tillman was killed in action by friendly fire while serving as an Army Ranger. Details of Tillman’s death are still emerging, as those involved in the tragedy spoke with ESPN’s Outside the Lines.
Tillman and an allied Afghan soldier, Sayed Farhad, were shot and killed a decade ago after Farhad was misidentified as an enemy combatant. A group of Army Rangers opened fire on Tillman, Farhad and fellow Ranger Bryan O’Neal. When the firing subsided, only O’Neal survived.
When news first broke of Tillman’s death, it was reported the 27-year-old was killed in a firefight with the enemy. Years later, however, the truth surrounding Tillman’s death emerged resulting in an investigation of the cover-up.
The details of the disputed incident are now becoming more clear. O’Neal and Steven Elliot, one of the shooters who fired in Tillman’s direction, spoke with ESPN on the 10-year anniversary of Tillman’s death."Real Housewives of Atlanta" Reunion

15-year-old shot in foot outside Foot Locker store on Knickerbocker Avenue
A 15-year-old is recovering after being shot in the foot outside of a Bushwick sneaker store this morning.
Police say the shooting may have been the result of an argument over a spot in line to purchase Nike sneakers.
Police say it happened just after 6 a.m. as the victim and other teens were waiting on line outside of a Foot Locker store on Knickerbocker Avenue.

Investigators say the victim and the alleged gunman got into an argument, possibly over cutting in line to get into the store. That's when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the teen, police say.
After the shooting, the suspect fled the scene. He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket.
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Fulham: Final score 3-1
Follow commentary of the Premier League game between Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham at White Hart Lane on Saturday April 19, 2014, kick-off 12.45 (BST) FT: TOTTENHAM 3 FULHAM 1 Two fine crosses from Eriksen handed Paulinho, and then Kaboul, chances they could hardly miss. Harry Kane, who is coming on nicely, also scored with a header. Fulham managed one through Steve Sidwell, who also missed a penalty, but the result never looked doubt once Spurs got their third just after the hour mark. A limp and leaky Fulham side look to have all the hallmarks of relegation about them. Spurs, meanwhile, strengthen their case to be crowned the sixth best team in the land. Read the full match report from Gerry Cox here.
Oh, not too sure why but, as the players come off, Broadway Danny Rose is involved in what looks like a heated exchange with Tottenham goalkeeping coach Tony Parks.Tottenham gained a much-needed win over Fulham at White Hart Lane to gain some ground in the fight for the Europa League places and make the visitors' task of escaping relegation looking even more difficult.
Paulinho had put the hosts ahead from Christian Eriksen's free-kick before Steve Sidwell equalised just 90 seconds later, but goals from Harry Kane and Younes Kaboul put them 3-1 up in the second half before Sidwell then missed a potentially costly late penalty after Eriksen handballed.
Fulham got off to a relatively good start in the wake of their recent good form, and Sidwell showed a glimpse of things to come when he had the first chance of the game, just failing to connect with Alexander Kacaniklic's cross.
The game then continued its lively start as Younes Kaboul headed narrowly over the bar before Lloris charged out to deny Hugo Rodallega after the ball fell kindly to the former Wigan man, but the scores remained level.Follow Sportsmail's coverage of the Barclays Premier League as Tottenham host Fulham at White Hart Lane to begin the weekend's action.
The London derby comes at a pivotal point in the season for both sides, as the Cottagers seek successive White Hart Lane wins to climb outside the bottom three in the table.
Spurs meanwhile still have an outside chance of finishing in the top four but know they can ill afford any more slip-ups in their last four games of the season.

Magnitude-7.2 earthquake sparks panic in Mexico City
A powerful magnitude-7.2 earthquake shook central and southern Mexico on Friday, sending panicked people into the streets. Some walls cracked and fell, but there were no reports of major damage or casualties.A powerful earthquake struck Mexico on Friday, shaking buildings in the capital and sending people running out into the street, although there were no early reports of major damage.
The magnitude 7.2 quake was centered in the south-western state of Guerrero, close to the Pacific beach resort of Acapulco, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
Some residents of the capital ran outdoors in their pajamas after the quake. Electricity was cut off in parts of the city and some residents said paintings fell off the walls and small parts of masonry crumbled inside apartment buildings.
Luis Felipe Puente, head of the Mexican government's emergency services, said there were no immediate reports of damage and the US Pacific Warning Center said it did not expect the quake to trigger a destructive tsunami.A powerful earthquake has hit Mexico City, shaking buildings for at least 30 seconds and causing widespread panic.
The magnitude-7.2 quake was registered at a depth of 24km (15 miles), according to the US Geological Survey.
Its epicentre was in the western state of Guerrero, near the seaside resort of Acapulco
There are no reports of casualties or significant damage, but frightened residents across the Mexican capital fled their homes as the tremor began.
The earthquake was felt in several southern and western Mexican states at 09:27 local time (14:27 GMT).It met the definition of a major one, but the magnitude-7.2 earthquake that struck Friday in southern Mexico's Guerrero state didn't land the kind of punch that it might have.
"There was no way not to feel it," Gustavo Lozano told CNN about the temblor, which struck at 9:27 a.m. (10:27 a.m. ET) and was centered 22 miles (36 kilometers) north-northwest of Tecpan. He was with his family at their home in Barra de Potosi, a fishing village nearly a three-hour drive northwest of Tecpan, when the earthquake hit. "It was extremely strong."
Afraid of a possible tsunami, and unaware that no advisory had been issued for one, he and his family drove to a shelter at the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport, where dozens of other people also were gathering.
